Due to the consumable nature of our wellness gummies and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity:
- All sales are final. Orders once placed cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns on any opened or unopened gummy products.
Please note: Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipment. We are unable to accommodate return or refund requests once the order has been dispatched.

- Metro cities typically receive orders within 1–3 days, while Tier 2/3 cities and remote areas may take 3–6 days.
- Orders are processed and handed over to ExpressBees within 24 hours of confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS from Courier Partner once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
